  First time experience dining at Betty's, one regret, we didn't get here sooner. This will now be our favorite go to water front restaurant. Loved the bright pleasing atmosphere, and of course water view always a plus. The service was friendly and attentive.
  But it was all about the food, delicious and fresh. We were a party of five, so luckily I got to taste a
  good variety. The fried shrimp and full belly clams were so tasty and tender, not covered in heavy coating so it was light, not greasy, and the fresh taste of the seafood really stood out. I had the mahi-mahi special, again fresh and tasty. Other stand out, the clam chowder, perhaps not as thick as some prefer, but I thought it was delicious!
  Leave room for dessert because the portions are huge and so fresh you'll want to eat it all.
  Again, we'll be back soon and often!

  I wish I could give them a 5 star rating but I cannot.
  
  I have never had a bad meal here but I must say they are very expensive and portions can be a bit small which is why we will no longer be returning. Example $8 for a bowl of soup that in size is really a cup.
  
  When you look at reviews they prices are fair but those prices do not reflect what they are currently charging.  
  
  Once again good food , clean but $$$$ pricing  not $$

  We have been to Betty's many times over the years. Unfortunately this could be our last.
  We were greeted and promptly seated with an ocean view. We decided to share the Ultimate Seafood Platter with 2 sides. We chose the garden salad which was served on warm plates with the requested dressing on the side. There was a $1 up charge for this side. You would think there would be bread, crackers, or hush puppies, but no. Another up charge. Good grief, even Captain D and Long Johns offer hush puppies. The salad consisted of Romaine lettuce and a couple of sliced cherry tomatoes. The entree was served and consisted of cod, shrimp, and scallops. It looked bland, and it was, hardly any seasoning whatsoever. I have always been pleased with Betty's food and service, and look forward to eating there every year. This was such a subpar experience compared to all others, I doubt we will return.

  Nice place on the beach.  This is the place that I bring my wife when she wants a whole belly clams like they serve them in New England.  Small quaint and casual feels like you're walking into somebody's home and the food is delicious.  My mom used to like to come here for their hamburgers. I have not had anything that has been bad.  Great place to stop.

  Hands down the best meal I had while visiting the Beach! Service was PHENOMENAL! Food was 100x Better. The portions are large so go hungry. Firecracker chicken sandwich and bruschetta chicken sandwich were AWESOME! The kids meal portions are perfect, as well. They didn't skimp on the kids Mac & cheese! Onion rings were homemade! Will visit again when on vacation down here
